+ What is a ‘Call Divert’?

Call diversion is available to all virtual phone numbers and offers flexible routing options. We can divert your calls to any UK or international phone number, all day every day. It will allow you to be on the road but still receive calls diverted to your mobile. If you are not available or do not wish to receive any calls, you can just simply put in an alternative number where your calls can go to, which gives you the ultimate flexibility.

+ What is a conference call line and how does it work?

A conference call line is a unique phone line assigned just to you. Every phone line has a PIN, which is only known to you to ensure security. If you would like to set up a conference call with your partners or clients you just simply give them your unique phone line to dial in and the PIN to access the group conversation and you are ready to go on a secured line with no time limit whatsoever.

+ What is call answering and how is my call handled?

Hatton & Berkeley’s call answering service is a complex system ensuring that your calls are handled 24/7, all year around. You will be assigned a unique phone number of your choice, which will be diverted to our experienced Virtual PAs. The message will be emailed and/or texted to you instantly, which allows you to get back to the caller without delay.

+ What happens to calls received after hours?

We will answer your calls and advise the caller that the office is closed, but someone will get back to them as soon as the office re-opens.

+ Am I going to get a dedicated and unique phone number?

Yes, we have a wide variety of Geographic and Non-Geographic numbers available for our clients to use, which is unique to you.
